Steamrays mission is to offer top- quality optical products manufactured to protect and improve your vision. Steamrays offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for all frames and lenses. If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses that are covered under our warranty described at the chart below, we will replace your item free of charge, as long as it is returned to us within one year of purchase.

Each product to be returned must include all its labels, packaging and, if any, documentation and original accessories. Once we receive the product and verify the defect, STEAMЯAYS® will proceed to send another product of the same characteristics, free of charge. If it is not possible, due to lack of stock, STEAMЯAYS® will fully refund the amount paid by the user within 15 business days.
