1. Refund due to Product Defect

The User may return to STEAMЯAYS® , free of charge, any products with manufacturing defects. User must contact STEAMRAYS in contact@steamrays.com with a photograph and a detailed description of the product defect. Once we receive the refund request we will indicate to the User, if applicable, the form of collection or delivery of the defective product at its warehouse, free of charge. Each product to be returned must be unused and include all its labels, packaging and, if any, documentation and original accessories. Once we receive the product and verify the defect, STEAMЯAYS® will proceed to send another product of the same characteristics, free of charge for the User. If it is not possible, due to lack of stock, STEAMЯAYS® will fully refund the amount paid by the user within 15 business days

2. Withdrawal

In the event that User is not satisfied with the products received, the products can returned within 4 days from the delivery day , without any penalty and without any justification. The return cost of the products will be paid by the user. In case of withdrawal the User should contact STEAMЯAYS at: contact@steamrays .com to inform the company about the product return. Upon receipt of said communication, STEAMЯAYS will inform you of the form of delivery of the products at its warehouses. Each product to be returned must be unused and include all its labels, packaging and, if any, documentation and original accessories. Failing this, STEAMRAYS reserves the right to refuse such return. The amounts paid will be returned within fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the products in STEAMRAYS warehouses.
